The Getty Center - Los Angeles, CA

We took a trip to Los Angeles to visit the Getty Center the day before New Year(apostrophe)s Eve. Apparently, everyone else had the same idea because it was packed. You have to take a monorail up to the museum, which sits high in the hills above the 405 freeway. There are too many exhibits to see in one day. Unfortunately, we went home with the Las Vegas New Year(apostrophe)s Eve traffic, and it took us five hours to get home. Gil said that we averaged about 18 mph. ** Sorry, the apostrophe on my keyboard does not work!

Probably Eva(apostrophe)s and Vinny(apostrophe)s favorite part of the museum:
reading books on the recreation of a French bed.

NOT art! But Vincent liked it.

Looks like Getty Center is a great place to see some great art work. I hope the kids like the experience. It looks like they were a little cold. Did they like Apollo? I posed for that statue. hehehe.
